Howard has founded and led an award winning solar business, a community-owned energy company, and written a guidebook to help others to do the same. He has campaigned on energy and climate issues from inside parliament and atop treehouses. Before founding Onezero he ran a large fleet of solar projects across the EU and UK.
Alex Fleetwood - CPO
Alex has founded and led two augmented reality games companies, both of which gained global recognition for innovation and creativity. He's shipped many games including Beasts of Balance, winning multiple awards and retailing in Apple Stores worldwide. He left the world of game development behind to take action on climate.
Lauren Cooney - creative adviser

Lauren is an app creator, storyteller and filmmaker. She is passionate about using tech to tell better stories about ourselves, our lives, and the world we live in. She is the co-founder of GASM, the sexual wellness app.
Leif Elgethun - US adviser

Leif is a serial eco-entrepreneur, founding no less than 5 climate tech companies. As the founder of Retrolux, he built complex software to help commercial building owners add solar. He's a community and industry thought leader, father, and gravity sports athlete.
